This was recommend to me this fall and after never ending repetitive colds I did not have ONE this year while using this product. As soon as I feel something starting in my throat or feel a bit off I take this and it sends it on it’s away. I also started using the kids version of this for my 2 year old. Same issue as me last winter which led to many ear infections and this year not a cold. Fantastic stuff
