Adults: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 2 to 4 times daily. Adolescents 14 years and older: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 2 to 4 times daily. Adolescents 10 to 14 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 1 to 3 times daily. Children 5 to 9 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 1 to 2 times daily. Children 4 to 5 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) ¼ to 1 times daily. Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.
