I would buy it again
I never review supplements, because I almost never notice a difference when I take them. That's true here as well. I don't notice an improvement in my health after taking these minerals, but the difference here is that I don't mind taking this. It tastes a little funny but it's not horrible. Compared to taking half a dozen pills every day - which I get bored of - taking a little of this in a glass of water is better for me. If this supplies all the minerals I need, then this is how I want to take them.
I will say that ocean minerals (not this brand) have helped my plant seedlings do better this year, so that's promising for my own health.
