excellent effects, horrific flavor

It goes without saying that if one is willing to suffer through a few minutes of terrible taste for the benefits this powder does the trick. Ive been taking it for two weeks daily, and the amount of work, focus and calm I have noticed is enough for me to suffer through the flavor.

Put it in half a cup of water, shoot the thing, and then drink a glass of something else or more water to wash it down.

Honestly though, flavor aside, my kids are fighting? I'm in zen mode, doling out patience and understanding. My co-workers are being irritating? I can put myself in their shoes and breathe through it. I mess up dinner, one deep breath and I'm alright to start a new thing, instead of beating myself up.

Having tried ashwaghandha before and felt some effect, I do believe the blend is better, simply because it takes the thinking through how to dose out of the equation.
