I’ve used up my first bottle of 240 capsules (in about a month or two...not sure) and haven’t had any relief yet, so I called Assured Natural, the manufacturer, and they told me it could take up to three months to build up in my body and see any effect. I’ll buy another bottle and see how it goes.

I take this faithfully twice a day
My family has made me promise to not run out of this EVER! It really helps with the hot flashes, and the mood swings (i take this along with evening primrose oil) I will be taking this until I've finally made it through the other side of menopause.
