I take Natural Factors Milk Thistle for liver health and noticed that it also clears up my keratosis. I take it whenever I am feeling sluggish (or have had too many nights out!)

I have started using saw palmetto to help prevent hair loss. Its effect on hair relies on the same mechanism as its action on the prostate: the inhibition of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase. The conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a chemical reaction that contributes to prostate enlargement and associated symptoms. Saw palmetto generally reduces systemic DHT levels by about 20% to 30%. You simply need to be patient and take it for at least 3 to 6 months to see the benefits. I am only in my first month.

Correct amount

This works really good for me as is a lower dose and you should not take too much I have a low thyroid so therefore I do need this. I take 2 a day and works for me.

Faulty on/off wsitch

I used the bottle only two weeks when it would not keep it's charge and would not turn on. I also would appreciate knowing how many ppv are created with the use of this bottle. I am returning the product.
